Pre-race routine:

Woke up extra early due to subway issues - ahh the joys of living in BK, anyway managed to get to CP fairly early and did a lot of waiting around

Comments:

Overall very good race, although my time was not faster I felt much better at the ned of this race strong not weak or tired, I could have easilty kept going another 5-6 miles with no problem.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing really, except maybe take Saturday off so my legs were a little more rested

Starbucks! Compression Socks and subway home

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Heat a little bit

Event comments:

First aide station ran out of drinks, got very concenred this would be the case for the rest of the racec, but it wasn't
