know the course better - came into the last stretch fast and distracted and was not prepared for the transition

drank too much - too late in the bike.
Sun was out and warm.

Took a couple short walk breaks when side-stitches started.

Lack of personal training...kept a good pace, but didn't push it enough.

Event comments:

WOW!! Okay - so my Wife and I started in separate waves, had different run and bike segments and still finished with THE EXACT SAME TIME!!
Down to the SECOND!!!
