Comments: Good run for me. Wasn't expecting to do that well. What would you do differently?: Train more. 3 workouts in three weeks just isn't enough. Transition 1
Comments: Great transition for me. It was all good expect that some idiot put his bike on the end of the rack, even though I was already on the end of the rack, so he ended up blocking my bike shoes and helmet. Good thing I went back to check about 15 minutes or so before the start and saw this so I could move my shoes to make them more accessible. What would you do differently?: Nothing except maybe learn how to have the shoes already clipped in to the pedals Bike

Comments: Not a bad transition at all. I used the yankz laces. It made it a ton faster to just slip the shoes on and go. What would you do differently?: Train more Run
Comments: Not a bad second run at all. I didn't think I had it in me to pull off a time so close to the first one, but I did. I didn't have an amazing kick at the end but that was due to lack of training What would you do differently?: Train more Post race
Warm down: Walk around. water and food. get stretched out. What limited your ability to perform faster: My lack of training in the past 3 weeks Event comments: Great race in my home town.
