Comments: had too much stuff to grab, put on hat while sitting could have carried What would you do differently?: train with no socks so i know if i can go sockless Run
Comments: very hot, not used to running in the heat. disapointed in the run, but it from talking to others and seeing results, it looks like everyone was effected by the heat as well. started to feel sick and run wasn't good psychologically either What would you do differently?: more bricks...mind games know exactly where the finish was so i could pump it up sooner Post race

only a bit of running, race had started when I arrived so no bike warm up or pool warm up
