very hot, not used to running in the heat. disapointed in the run, but it from talking to others and seeing results, it looks like everyone was effected by the heat as well. started to feel sick and run wasn't good psychologically either
What would you do differently?:

more bricks...mind games

know exactly where the finish was so i could pump it up sooner
