Got up at 4am. Coffee and oatmeal for breakfast. Water on the way there. Took salt tablets prior to race.

walked around. took bike back to car and changed and then rode back to awards ceremony.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

could have trained more but I didn't want to risk getting hurt again. Better diet/sleep week prior.

Well run race. Small number of people but I like it that way. Nice course. Water a little too dirty but it was warm. Would do it again. Got 2nd in Military women category.
