Comments: Felt like I had to pee about half way through so cut back on the water/drink. Had a gu at 30 minutes into ride and felt better. ![]() Transition 2

Warm down: walked around. took bike back to car and changed and then rode back to awards ceremony. What limited your ability to perform faster: could have trained more but I didn't want to risk getting hurt again. Got up at 4am. Coffee and oatmeal for breakfast. Water on the way there. Took salt tablets prior to race.
Got there early. Good warm up - 10 minute bike and 5 min run then stretched and walked around
