Comments: Ok, should have pushed past Tim H. who I was yo-yoing with. Need to get out of swim/T1 faster and ride with the faster guys. Both legs (hammies and calves) cramped some. Transition 2
Comments: Terrible, could not move fast and could not get shoes on smoothly. Lost 30s or so...prolly pissed away a placing. What would you do differently?: Get shoes on faster Run
Comments: Ran without socks for first time; felt ok until shoe top began to cut into right foot near end. Ran pretty strong, but made mistake and let #5 get out too far before thinking about reeling him in. Which is a pity, b/c for 90% of the race we ran the same pace. Post race
