Comments: I am a Very average swimmer. So, I am not happy with this performance, but atleast I know I can do better. What would you do differently?: get some swim coaching. I need it. I need to get way more streamlined. Transition 1

Comments: I need to get more riding in. What would you do differently?: I have not trained nearly enough on the bike and it showed. I need to get fitted to my bike and ride ALOT more. Transition 2

Comments: I am not the fleetest of foot, but this was not a good run. I never got comfortable. Around mile 5, the arch on my right foot started to kill, it didn't last long. (thank goodness) What would you do differently?: Be more prepared Post race
Warm down: not much What limited your ability to perform faster: I needed to train more on the bike. The bike weakness, definitely affected my run. Swim, well let's just leave it at need coaching. Event comments: Holy cow, there were alot of really fast racers. I never be a pro, but the 2 other races I had completed did not prepare me for the speed. I was actually in the top third of the last Sprint race I did, so I am really taking this performance hard. Great race, will be back next year and I will definitely do better.
