Comments: Wore a regular suit, upgrade to tri shirt. The shirt was hard to pull down What would you do differently?: Better shirt. Setup a little differently. Bike
Comments: I broke my wrist 4 miles in and had to ride rest of race on basically one hand. I also had a horrible hydration plan and was cramping up a lot. What would you do differently?: camelback, do not listen to experts who say it is unnecessary. Transition 2
Comments: Shoes, belt, go. Run
Comments: I was still feeling the cramping until 2 miles and a lot of water shot through me. What would you do differently?: Hydrate, hydrate hydrate Post race
