Took a couple of mouthfuls out there. Need to do some more OWS to hopefully avoid those types of issues. For my third OWS, I feel ok about it.

Comments:

Terrible run. Just felt like I was dragging the whole way. One of the downfalls of being from the area, I slowed down to talk to someone briefly on the course. Didn't really make a difference in the end though.
What would you do differently?:

Should have pushed it a bit harder. Legs were particularly brick-y after this ride for some reason.

Event comments:

I enjoyed the race. Good people and good course. Being from the area, it was fun to run through my old neighborhood again. As far as time goes, I feel like this is a good jumping off point for my first tri. Hopefully, things improve from here.
