Comments: first tri and I knew swim would be difficult for me. Head wind at start with choppy waves made it more difficult, swallowed some water, second half not as bad. Wind at back actually passed a few What would you do differently?: more swim training Transition 1
Comments: Was dizzy coming out of the water, had a hard time getting my bearings. after I did I could run to transistion took about 3o seconds What would you do differently?: maybe no shirt Bike
Comments: Did fairly well on the bike. Passed quite a few and made up some time for the crappy swim What would you do differently?: water bottle fell out of holder Transition 2
Comments: put on knee brace, messed around with bandanna What would you do differently?: push harder especially up hills Run
Comments: stomach was a little crampy at the start maybe from the hammer gel. Started the fartlek technique about a mile into it. That work out pretty well passed maybe 10 overall What would you do differently?: Push harder after half way Post race
