Not particularily pleased with this triathlon swim but it is done nonetheless
What would you do differently?:

learn to swim,get fast enough to avaid age group waves catching up to me, get to event earlier

happy that i pulled my cap and goggles into suit, ran from water to station, but must have been complacent and relaxed to get a 3+ minute T1

was expecting a flat course, buuuutttt, it was actually quite hilly. Biked ok, kept inspired most of the time, applied alot of hp but could have been better. stayed calm, went fast on downhills (for the supercycle at 48).
What would you do differently?:

Learn to have a higher cadence, that means train a couple hours per week. Train hills hard so that you dont drop into an absurd gear.
