Run was good, I need to run more, not too bad of a course, some shade and the finish was great, the announced your name and all

train harder and more, and run faster

I weigh 235 lbs and I didn;t train enough, but I had a great time and everyone was awesome, especially all the hot chix in spandex...wooo

Had hot jambalya and cookies/drinks/fruit/hot dogs...big party at the end was awesome

Course: great 2 loop course, went through the woods at one point on a dirt road, you could have cheated on the run course....the finish was awesome
