Picked up a sharp stone in my foot running on the path before transition. Cost me about 1-2 min in T1 and 2-3 min in T2

Push harder up the hills. Try to stay in aero down the steep hills and off the breaks. Need more time on the tribike on big hills.

Had some stomach cramps afte the first mile. Think the combo of too much cyyomax and gu without water was a bad idea. Need more water with those carbs. Better after taking water at first aid station.

Drink water in T2.

Stone in foot in transition. Fear of the 40+ mph spped on the downhills.

Need to find a way to avoid closing transition 2 hours boefre start!
