Comments: First race with HEED as refueling starting at mile 6. Slight cramping starting at mile 11. Warmer and more humid than I would like. What would you do differently?: Start replacing calories and electrolytes a bit sooner. Post race
Warm down: 5 minutes walking, fruit, water, cookies. What limited your ability to perform faster: Threat of cramping. Event comments: Need a binned start. 10 minute jog. 5 very slow, 2 to 3 with some faster intervals, 2-3 slow cool about 15 minutes prerace.
