Comments: Lost race number 2X! 2X! Felt ok in beginning, really, really tired at end...but that is good. What would you do differently?: Secure race belt more tightly Post race
Warm down: Ran another 1.5 miles easy, long good stretch. What limited your ability to perform faster: 2 errors: race number AND cycle shoes. Biggest thing though is comfortable average speed on the bike...need to up it 1 mph. Event comments: Good, well run race, and finally some good weather. A lot of "A" caliber young guns (<25).
