Swim
Comments: tried to get my face in so I could go faster but it was so congested I kept getting kicked...not good at navigating under water. What would you do differently?: not sure...if I had gotten away from the people I would have swam a lot farther so it would have evened out. Transition 1
Comments: gotta work on these trans times. Big transition area contributed also I think the unilateral breathing w/ the swim left me a little dizzy so maybe I was trying to recoup. did not sit to put on seaks though this time:) What would you do differently?: Bought yankz...didn't use them, just prractice t1 more I guess. Bike
Comments: felt good...was mostly doing this route in 50 mins. thought i was gonna beat it by about 4-5 mins but bike congestion toward the end left me stuck What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 2
Run
Comments: run felt hard ...it was muggy and hot Post race
Warm down: walked around venue, met up with other friends, chatted and took pics...congratulated others coming in What limited your ability to perform faster: congestion...3,500 women participated. Event comments: Need to watch riders...no one obeying cycling rules really.Good commradarie and "girl power feeling" Last updated: 2009-06-28 12:00 AM

Got there, got body markings and set up my transition area. chatted with women around my spot. Looked at run/bike/swim exits and entrances.
