Swim
Comments: To much time was wasted getting lost on the swim course, there were to many markers and i did not do a good enough job to keep line and stay on course. What would you do differently?: Stay on course Transition 1
Comments: To slow out of tran area, to many people in small area trying to leave tran area. Some one fell, big mess, trying to funnel to many ppl in small area. Run from swim was to long back to bike. What would you do differently?: Keep shoes in bike Bike
Comments: Was using a new bike which was not fit to me and gave me some pains in hips and upper glut. Ultimately affected me on the bike and caused more chaos than i had hoped. Was good experience i Love my new bike... What would you do differently?: Get a bike fit, drink more Transition 2
Comments: Shoes were kind of wet and old, not a great choice for this race. However, overall went very well and I am very pleased with how my transitions are improving. What would you do differently?: Different shoes Run
Comments: Could not fire, legs were stiff and I was very uncomfortable the entire race. Finally was coming into stride at the very end. What would you do differently?: Differnet shoes, bike fit all things that would have helped my run. Post race
Warm down: None- Free beer... Thanks Blue Point What limited your ability to perform faster: Bike fit, warm up, time to relax Event comments: Good race, distanced were a little funky. Make a longer bike and rearrange swim starts. Last updated: 2009-06-28 12:00 AM

Waiting on line at the toilet... Pretty uneventful and time consuming, I was not able to spend the time needed in transition area. Set up Tran area, nothing different then in past, bike was obviously different.
