Eat a trail mix bar, ride down to T2 to drop off run stuff then ride down to T1 set up transition there. wetsuit on, a little prehab. And get ready to go!!!

Water was a little cold so the beginning took my breath away a little. Last section started to get a little crampy on r side.

Probably nothing but should have gotten in the water a little so the temp wasn't as shockinng.
