Two giant pro bikes near my rack spot not cool because i put the bike in the wrong spot and had to move it. Couldnt find my shoes, also a slower sprint triathlete wouldnt move in the chute

pretty slow, i had to stopa nd relieve myself in a secluded spot. Wasted a bit of time. Need to do more bricks, i didnt warm up until after the 3 mile mark.
What would you do differently?:

Use restroom for a good long time before the start of the race.
