Had trouble getting my feet into my shoes on the bike.
What would you do differently?:

My feet were very sandy and it made it difficult to get my feet into my shoes. I rubbed some bodyglide on the inside of my shoes before the race, but it wasn't enough. I guess I needed to wipe my feet after the swim.

What would you do differently?:

I expected to struggle because my training was for a sprint and I pushed it for the olympic. I just need to log more miles on the bike and do more hills.

Tough run. I'm happy with my pace though.
What would you do differently?:

I knew that I was just going to have to hang on. I only ran over 6 miles twice before the race. I was only training for a sprint, so obviously if I'm going to do Olympic's I'm gonna need to increase the mileage.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Didn't do enough mileage because I was training for a sprint and decided to do the Olympic and few weeks ago.

Event comments:

This is a very well run race at a great venue. Highly recommended.
