I was good until the last hill. Killed anything left in the legs to make it up that hill. Definitely messed up my run. Bah.

Dunno, I had to get up that hill no matter what. Train better for the hills.

I could tell where dismount was, so I was off the bike WAY early. I had to switch sock as I was fighting off blisters from a training run and my socks were soaked.

Be sure about dismount before slowing down.

Don't kill the legs on the bike. Train for the heat better.

Warm down:

collapse on the ground in the shade. Ate a little. Beer and Mexican food for dinner. Mmmmmm steak fajitas!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The hills on the bike. Bike, bike, bike.
