drank lots of water, fruit and had a free massage

What limited your ability to perform faster:

had nobody to push me on the run... had a damm rock in my running shoes, didnt put any socks... so my heel is all busted!!!

Event comments:

post race is too long... the mc is annoying and likes to hear himlef on the mic.... prize and awards give away should go faster!!!!
