Swim
Comments: The swim was good, I just went easy, making sure that I didn't suck in water. What would you do differently?: I may try and actually swim a little faster. The current was helping, so the swim was easy, this time anyway. I need to work a little harder. Transition 1
Comments: This was fine. There was a pretty good run from the beach, but that was fine. What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: I thought it was pretty good. What would you do differently?: More training. That was the first time I had ridden that bike in a race type position for 10 miles. Need some abductor stretching apparently. Transition 2

Comments: No water at one of the stations, that kinda sucked. What would you do differently?: I need to train in the heat I suppose, I really sucked on this run. Post race
Warm down: I was woozy, since I really didn't drink enough. I needed alot of water and gatorade. Fig newtons were great What limited your ability to perform faster: I really sucked wind on the run. Legs were tired from the bike, I was dehydrated, stomach hurt. I was a mess. Walking during the run, WTH? Event comments: Being out of water at a station during the run, is pretty bad. Woke at 4:00am, ate. Packed up and got setup, nice early arrival. That was good, I had a few questions.
I swam before the event, which was good, I love the salt water swimming.
