Comments:

Enjoyed the run quite a bit. Reno and I did 4:1 and stayed strong to the end. Passed a bunch of people in the last couple of miles.

The temperature stayed cool and pleasant--bonus!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Doing the half-ironman 7 days earlier!
