liam woke me at 4 and i couldn't really fall back to sleep. woke at 5:45 and got dressed, made my drink and put ice in my bottles.

Event comments:

very organized for an inaugural race. they could have more post race activities, but there were only 20 of us doing the long race, so i think they just wanted to go home. Barb and her family got food and drinks for everyone as a thank you and end of summer party.
