Coldest swim I've ever done. Had a hard time keeping my face in the water. got off course after the turn. About 5 minutes slower than expected

Legs were cramped coming out of the water and had some trouble with my zipper. Wetsuit stripper had some trouble getting suit off. lot of people walking in transition.

Great ride for me! Felt strong teh entire ride.
What would you do differently?:

Do a few more hill workouts leading up to the race. Rode the course twice before the race and would ride it at least two more times.

Good run considering I did not run much before the race due to a knee injury. Knee felt great throughout the race. Set a PR for this course by 20 minutes.

Would have prefered to run more beforme the race.
