Comments:

this was my worst swim during this race. my wave was pretty violent right off the bat, and there were 4-5 swimmers around me that were swimming tightly. on the return to shore, i was stuck between 2 other swimmers, and we all ended up veering off course a little. i'm usually about a minute faster, but couldn't catch a break today.
What would you do differently?:

move more towards the middle of start b/c i got trapped between other (decent) swimmers.

great transition. long transition time b/c i was in almost the farthes bike rack from exit. we had to go all the way around the transition area to exit, which added to my time.

dry my feet off.

should have passed at a couple points, but didn't. then, got stuck behind a group riding in the "passing" lane.

forgot to take off helmet as i was moving towards exiting t2. had to hurl my helmet to the grassy area. otherwise, good t2 time, mainly b/c i was in a good position.

running always kills me. although i felt better, i still don't run as fast as the others.
What would you do differently?:

train my running. and not vomit as i'm approaching the finish line.
