Had a good swim except for about 2 minutes where I couldnt freaking catch my breath so basically side strokes, back strokes, then I stopped. I've been doing this too long for this to happen- wtf?!??! After my little freak out, I did well.

This is a hilly course- I havent ridden hills in around a year, other than the occasional bridge or when I am mtn biking. I felt like I did pretty good considering. The course was short- my average speed was 19.4- I dont remember the exact distance.

My run sucked- I was dreading it. I've been injured all summer so I knew it wasnt going to be pretty. Typically I cant wait to get off the bike and pass everyone- bummer:(

Great race- I really enjoyed it. Lots of very nice volunteers, cool T-Shirt, water bottle, won a blanket for 2nd a/g.
