Felt like my worst event of the day, but by the rankings it turned out to be my best. However, I do feel like I need to refocus my training on running. I probably have the most room to improve there.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

SWIM: Navigating the swimmers in front of me who decided to start breast-stroking. Also, I need to sight less and swim more quality strokes.
BIKE: More hard interval training to get used to riding at higher speeds.
RUN: More consistent training.
