First time using free style. No problems. Had practiced this plenty.

Could possibly learn and introduce flip turns and breathing on both sides

This time around I knew what to expect for the bike/run transsition. Also heavy running exercise for the prior 2 months paid off.

If I stay with the shorter running distances (equal or less than 10K) I need to work on speed.
