well my 1st so no routine. Up at 5am, tried to eat, got 1/2 protien bar down. went to race site, my stuff was packed up the night before. Got body markings, set up my station, talked to a few people around me. Everyone was nice. went for a last port-o-potty stop before getting into my wetsuit
got in the water and swam for about 10mins to acclimate to the cold water temps
