Pre-race routine:

Got there at 6:30, set up, talked it up with a few people. Had a granola bar at 7am.

Went for a little swim, however, due to weather they had to change the swim course and we started about 45mins late

The wave stayed together a good portion of the way, kept slowing down because I was getting hit. Had a hard time getting in a breathing rhythm for the same reason and the waves made it a bit difficult

practice taking off my suit with the timing chip on my ankle. Completely forgot about it which made it really difficult to get my suit off. It was a better transition than my first tri

Possibly pick up the pace a little sooner. Seemed like I had a tiny bit more left in me at the end

They weren't on time because of all the weather, I think they did the best they could considering they were up against a tropical storm off the coast that was continually changing.
