Swim harder, did not effect bike portion at all.

Practice strapping shoes faster. Was not a serious problem but one that can be easily fixed.

Get product to get feet in to shoes faster. Didn't take feet out of shoes ahead of time and ride with them on top but noted for next time.

I loved the trail run although there were some spots that were slippery or uneven when it tripped me up a bit.

Warm down:

Walked and continued to drink fluids.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I had to pee for the seconded half of the bike ride through the run and may have been able to focus better if that wasn't on my mind.

Event comments:

This was my first triathlon and what a great one it was. The race was well organized but they gave us warning ahead of time that they lacked volunteers to direct the bike portion of the race as much as they wanted to yet I thought it still went smoothly. This was a day I will not soon forget!
