Comments: T2 was good i pedaled with shoes unvelcro'd but not on top and didnt attempt to unmount while moving Run
Comments: Never felt too convertable, side stitches on both sides upper area. probably needed more potasium? took first 5k easy and was planning on picking up the 2nd half. yet i never felt good so i coasted the entire way. What would you do differently?: Practice running off the bike maybe more brick workouts Post race

Went to sleep at 11 couldn't sleep woke up at 4:30. Drank water/gatorade had 1/2 a plain bagel and a banana. Got to transition set up got baody marked, misplaced my goggles several times loaded the bus and got to the swim start.
No water warm up, bathroom break several times jogged for bout 10 minutes light stretching. got in line and prepared for time trial start
