Pre-race routine:

Well first one so i ate some oatmeal for breakfast got transition ready and waited for a lil bit to let the nerves calm down.

I can Swim pretty Quick XD but, if i didn't zigzag the whole time would have been close to first :)
What would you do differently?:

Actually Sight when I am swimming. I zigzagged 6 times! Staying in a straight line helps out a ton lol

Took my time since was first Triathlon and got the sand off my feet.
What would you do differently?:

Faster those minutes really do add up If my Trans was faster I would have had 2nd in my age group XD Use a water bottle to get sand off and any dirt.

Felt like legs were going to cramp whole time so I took it easy.
What would you do differently?:

Faster and RIDE A ROAD BIKE! My first time riding a road bike and was a fun learning exp much diff than a mountain bike. Also get the bike tuned up was in need of major maint. I would have been 1st in AG if this would have been done.

Felt like calfs were gonna go to hell and gone XD So i took it easy never stopped just forward momentum XD
What would you do differently?:

Run my regular pace and get 18 min 3 mile XD If i see a guy with my age keep up with him cuz he may be the one taking your podium spot! Which is what happened :( lol

Cramps and i never get em just perfect race day and cramps! oh well i will be better prepared next time!

This race was incredible! I highly Recommend it ! I will be back next year, Amazing people, Food, Atmosphere, Couldn't be better! Super Organized EVENT!
