Pre-race routine:

Took boat to race (sweet). Fruit, coffe, cereal for breakfast. Drop bike off and set up Transition.
Event warmup:

5-10 minute bike. Check breaks. Reset spedomoter.
10 minute jog.
Wet suit on and 5 minute swim.

Was relaxed and calm at beginning. Drafting off someone then got goggles kicked partialy off. Had to stop and reset self.

Start up front more to get ran over verses getting kicked in face.

This was my best transition I've had yet this year. First time jumping off bike with feet out of shoes. Helmet was un-buckled before getting to T2 spot.

This run was tough. I couldn't get my cadence up on run. Was just plain tough overall.
What would you do differently?:

Need a stronger base heading into run. Didn't have enough endurance training for this distance.

Lack of training and heat.
