Swim
Comments: I had a very bad swim, I was standing in the water with my goggles on my head when the horn sounded. I went too far around the bouyes and had a hard time spotting as I was swimming...terrible time. I did spend a lot more time in the pool and expected to do better. What would you do differently?: Swim in the ocean more to feel more comfortable. Transition 1
Comments: It worked out very well being at the end of the rack and having plenty of room to change. What would you do differently?: Work on having my shoes clipped on the pedals...will try it before next year. Bike
Comments: Had a good ride could have pushed a little harder. What would you do differently?: Spend more time working on my speed work. Transition 2
Comments: Had to fight my way into the transition area, someone stopped at the entrance and I gave him a small nudge...ok I pushed him. The racking of my bike and getting my bag with my shoes went very well. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Run
Comments: Started very slow, did not pick it up until mile 2. My legs were very tight getting off the bike. Post race

Drank some gatorade, ate a banana and half a bagel. Arrived at the race about 0630 and prepared my stuff set up...air up my tires and check equipment.
