Felt good on the bike. Had some calf cramping issues. Lost the chain but was able to get it back on. Chain came off a second time going up a hill and caused me to crash. No insuries. Handle bars a little tweaked.

Eat the gel on the run and have a toss away bottle of gatorade.

Need some longer runs in my workouts. I want to get my times down to 24:00 for the 5K run.

Event comments:

Really enjoyed this race. Look forward to next year. I will step up to the olympic next year though.
