Dropped my bike as I was un-racking it. Overall a better T1 for me. Need to speed this up though

Don't drop the bike. Get better shoes. Just get faster

Boy am I slow. I hardly trained for this. I went to the track a few times and tried to sprint a mile each time. This sure didn't seem to help the speed. I'm sure it was the lack of training

Train more. Run faster

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training for this event due to a new puppy.

The T-Rex series are great races. I would recommend them to anyone.
