First Triathlon. Didn't know about the chop in water from all theswimmers. Had trouble getting air without water. Switched up stroke and walked a tad. Sand run was tough.

First time running 3 miles.Ever. happy with my time.walked a bit up the hills. Tried to pace with people faster than me and got winded. Loose shirt bled my nipples. Had to take off shirt @ mile 1.

lack of training.Weak on all fronts.

At 203#, I should have been classified in XL2. I think my 58cm bike might be too small for my 6'2'' height.
