Must have had a change in breathing and got terrible stomach and back cramps, pain was awful. Kept the pace I wanted though

Drink less or breath differently

First transition ever, was very sore from cramps not moving very fast. Had a hard time getting the elastic laces undone

Was trying to not break drafting rules but had a hard time getting away from people going my pace. had good portions of fast pace and some spots where i was stuck behind someone and didnt pass them quick enough.
What would you do differently?:

would have increased pace a bit

Hard time getting shoes on and laces set. made the left one to tight and my foot was asleep most of the second run.

Couldnt feel left foot, my legs were very heavy when starting out but loosened up at the end. powered through the finish. Still had slight stomach cramp but was much better than before. Both calves tried really hard to charlie horse but i kept running and they loosed up a bit. They were unbearably sore 2 days later, i could hardly put any weight on them.
What would you do differently?:

Stepped up my pace a bit

First multi-sport event, wanted to pace my self and made sure i finished

Overall my time was excatly what i thought (and hoped) i was capable of, was glad to not get a flat or have equipment malfunction that would have made it impossible to finish.
