Comments: This was a really fun relay, but tough. We had 12 team members that each ran 3 legs. 188 mile total race. My calves really tightened up after the 1st leg. I had Newton shoes. This was due to shoes stores improperly fitting me into a "stability shoe." The stability shoe combined with the Newton shoe really tightened my calves up. What would you do differently?: More Practice Post race
