Swim
Comments: Swim started much better than my first race. I navigated much better. I just freaked out about 200 yards in when some guy swam over top of me. My appolgies for grabbing unknown guy and putting him in a head lock. My heart rate spiked at this point and I sort of freaked the rest of swim when I made contact with anyone. Also, very bad idea to try and stand and run lasdt 100 yards in shallow water. Started to take off wet suit in water. Also a bad idea. After realizing that walking in water and sand was harder than swim I tried to swim again. Wetsuit was half off and filled with water making matters ever worse. What would you do differently?: Do not freak out if swam over. Do not physically attack person who swims over me. Never try to walk portion of swim and remove wetsuit. Transition 1

Comments: Good transition Run
Comments: Had severe cramping off of bike. Groin and both calves locked up completely on hill at start of run. Had to walk portion of the first hill. After about 1.5 miles my legs let up and finished strong. Damage done already. What would you do differently?: Not cramp. Cramping seems to be a real problem for me. Post race
