Swim
Comments: It was good swim for me. I have been able to do a couple of open water swims in the last few weeks which has paid off. Since it was a TT start there was not alot drafting going on. What would you do differently?: Swam faster the last 100 yrds Transition 1
Comments: Gotta love wetsuit strippers! Bike
Comments: Didn't feel good on the bike at all. I am not sure what the major malfunction was but my climbing up the hills felt very slow. Got passed by a few people that rank in the less than 5% body fat category. What would you do differently?: More hill climb training Transition 2
Run
Comments: Believe it or not this was a really good run for me, biking is usually my strong point, felt real good most of the run. About 100yds from the finish a girl smoked by me and I tried to keep up for about 5 seconds and than said forget it (I am man enough to get whooped by a girl and admit it) What would you do differently?: More running practice Post race
Warm down: Talked with Ben (triforresttri) and his wife and ac ouple of other people that I honestly don't remember their names (kinda out of it). At lunch with the wife and kids and headed home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Running, running & running Event comments: I love this race and look forward to it ever year. The only bad thing is that it means the end of summer is near! This is my last tri of the year, off to IMAZ 06 training starting next month. I will keep you updated. Last updated: 2005-08-31 12:00 AM

Woke up @ 4am and made the 2 1/2hr drive to Denver. I love events that have same day registration.
Went for a short swim. and saw Ben (triforrestri) just before going for a dip.
