Pre-race routine:

Wake up to find out had a flat front tire. Protein and banana for bkfst.
Accelerade on the way to the race. LONG line to get inked and get chip.
Had to re-rack. No time for warm up. LOTS of people. Second wave on the water.

Good swim. Still pulling to the left had to do a lot of sighting. Could have done better. Felt strong at the end. Water temp was hot but no chop.
