Was pretty happy with the ride, stayed in the aero position more than usually do, which was good practice
What would you do differently?:

Did not use the big ring, which would have added speed on the downhills. I just was not sure what I was going to have left in the tank for the run.

took me a while for my legs to get moving, felt much better after I stopped to walk at the turnaround water station

Warm down:

Walked around, not too much because it started to downpour

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I probably could have pushed it more on the bike, but I was not sure how my body would have reacted after going too hard on the initial run. I also was worried about my calves cramping up which always seems close to happening, but never quite does

Event comments:

Nice little race, no major complaints. Would have liked to have something besides just water at the water stations especially at the start of the 2nd run.
