St. Joseph Island Triathlon
17C / 63F
Overcast
Overall Rank = 1/66
Age Group = 20-24
Age Group Rank = 1/5
Got up and ate a lot less then the pre-meal for my last triathlon. I ate a little bowl of straight up oats, with a banana. Then drank a propel 2 hours before and water up until the race.
Went for a 6:00am run around the hood with some heavy metal blaring through the headphones!
Got to the race site, grabbed a nice transition spot. Went for a quick 4k spin on the new bike, then ran the transition distance about 15-20 times for fun.
Never got a swim warm-up because i'm retarded.... totally regret it, my triceps hurt the next day.
