Comments: After the first 10km split, I had the impression I was going too fast for the 2h50 goal so in the second quarter I went slower and passed at the half 10 seconds above 1h25 feeling great. After 25km I increased the speed and I was feeling very weel, keeping fast pace up to the end where I sprinted to go below 2h50 for ca.20secs. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race

I had a 400kcal breakfast with banana-jelly sandwich and orange juice at my place (I live in Zurich) and left by bus for the race.
I run about 10mins with lot of stretching routines and then I went into the block.
