UGH - Not good! Only slept about 5 hours (maybe), ate like crap the day before because of Clare's birthday party.

Got a major cramp on way back in - had to stop to walk, but would have been a GREAT run without the cramp!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I honestly just went out and "did" this race - not much prep. The week before I was spending with my mom and sister an did not have much time to focus on this race. But, it was still fun, and I got to do it with one of my best friends!

Event comments:

One comment, the race organizers needed to have more bathrooms! I mean for goodness sake, it was an all WOMEN's race! They should have TRIPLED the number of port-a-johns. Disgusting!
