I put my gloves on backwards, threw them off when I realized it.... Then dropped my sunglasses a block into the ride!!!

Not try to put gloves on... Put my sunglasses on right away...

Nothing much, chugged water.... Talked to friends and family, then went off on my own and stretched...

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Side aches at the beginning of the run.

Not very organized, swim was not measured right.... No body watching drafters during bike...
